“Tristar Management” education


I "Zero" seminar (ZS)

It is carried out by structural leader on wednesday, the day before seminar, for the people, which acquired insurance product and paid for the participation in the basic seminar.

On ZS the structural leader:
- congratulates new people with making of a correct decision about the acquisition of insurance product;
- tells about educational system in our company and motivates people to embark on the path of the discovery for themselves a new business;
- throws light on the organizational questions, connected with the participation in the basic seminar (task of seminar, the organizational construction of seminar, exterior view);
- entrusts invitational tickets to the basic seminar.

II Basic seminar (BS)

Lectures:

- “Tristar Management”.

- “Our partners”.

- “The philosophy of storage insurance. The programs of life insurance”.

- “Filling documents in”.

- “The career opportunities. “Tristar Management” compensating plan.

- “Menu. Technology of our business“.

- “Your potential in “Tristar Management”.

III Course of the beginning colleague (C.B.C.)

During the course of the beginning colleague structural leader in more detail explains the themes, illuminated in the lectures at the basic seminar. Course lasts 5 days (from Monday till Friday), 45 min. or one hour, thirty min.

The goal of the information evenings is telling the clients more about the financial guarantee of their future, the defence of the interests of the family with the loss of breadwinner, possibility of the beginning of business in “Tristar Management”.

VI. With the achievement of the 2nd level - The Seminar for the 2nd level consultants (CS -2)

Place of conducting - Kiev.

Discussed themes:

- The instruction in technology of presentation (public action).

- The improvement of sales technique.

- The theory of the correct construction of structures.

- Your most valuable capital (development of creation in your command).

- Role games.

VII. With the achievement of the 3rd level – The Seminar for the 3rd level consultants (CS -3)

Place of conducting - Ukraine.

Discussed Themes:

-Instruction in different programs of life insurance.

- Instruction in insurance technology.

- The special features of work with the corporate clients.

- The improvement of presentation technique (public action).

- Planning.

VIII. With the achievement of the 4th level – 1st Manager Seminar (MS -1)

Place of conducting – foreign country.

Discussed Themes:

- Instruction in risky types of insurances.

- Art of conducting negotiations.

- Construction of the successful relations between the people.

- Business etiquette.

- The image of manager.

IX. With the achievement of the 5th level – 2d Manager Seminar (MS -2)

Place of conducting - Europe.

Discussed Themes:

- The instruction in foundations of bank activity.

- The instruction in foundations of investment activity.

- The philosophy of personal success.

- Time - management.

- The strategy of successful communication.

X. With the achievement of the 6th level – 3rd Manager Seminar (MS -3)

Place of conducting - the island.

Discussed Themes:

- Instruction in the foundations of the professions, connected with the insurance: underwriting, actuary, insurance commissioner.

- Art of organization and conducting of trainings and seminars.

- Effective leadership.

- Art of the transfer of authorities.

- The appraisal of productivity of labor.

X. ĎWith the achievement of the 7th level – Director's Seminar (DS)

- Studies and practice period in the insurance and broker companies of Europe and world;

- Study of foreign languages;

- Work on PC
